Store Coupons (Only for VIP Customers) - Submit. 提交即可。
The system will automatically issue all your coupons for the month to your email in one go within one minute. The coupons are transferable to other family members or friends. 系统会在一分钟之内，将您本月所有的优惠券一次性以邮件的形式发放给您。优惠券可转让给其他的亲友使用。
2. Standard Usage 正常使用
Before making a payment at the vending machine, tap the “Use Coupon” button on the screen and enter your coupon code to enjoy an instant discount. 在自动售货机付款前，先点击屏幕上的 “Use Coupon” 并输入券码，即可直接享受面值减免。
3. What if I need to exchange an item after using a coupon? 使用后需要换货怎么办？
1. Coupon codes are single-use only. If you are not satisfied with the item after purchase, please first follow our standard “hassle-free process” to refund the current payment amount: 优惠券码为一次性有效。如果使用后发现商品不满意，先按正常的“极简流程”退回当前这笔金额：

Refund for the items I returned - Fill in Transaction time, Amount Paid, and Slot Number, then submit. 填写 交易时间、支付金额、格口号，提交即可。
- We will manually verify and process your refund the following day. Please note that no separate notification will be sent once the refund is processed; kindly check your original payment account over the next few days for the transaction details. 我们将在第二天进行人工确认并退款。退款后没有特别的通知，请在后面的几天关注原付款账户的交易明细。
2. Continue selecting items, and please pay full price (original price) first : 继续选择商品，请先用全款（原价）支付：
If you are still unsatisfied after trying the new item, you can continue to request a full refund using Step 1 above, with no limit on the number of times. 如果再次试穿仍不满意，可继续按照上述第 1 步的方法申请全额退款，不限次数。
3. Once you have finally purchased a satisfactory item and are ready to leave, apply to retrieve your original coupon amount: 最后买到了满意的商品并带走，申请退回最初的优惠券金额：
