No more ordering based on intuition! Whether it’s shoes, rackets, or bags, all now support on-site trial. Put the shoes on and take a few steps, or swing the racket to feel the balance point. If it fits and feels right, start your game immediately. If not, simply place it back and lock.
2️⃣ Minimalist Refund: Faster than Ordering Bubble Tea!
Not satisfied after trying it out? No reason needed, no need to contact customer service, no waiting:

To maintain high standards (cleaning, sanitization, and system maintenance) while rewarding our core players, we have optimized our trial fee rules:
New Visitor Friendly: For visitors who don’t buy any item and haven’t reached the eligibility for waivers, We only charge a $3 trial fee for each refund. (only a fraction of a same-town delivery fee).
