To provide a smoother and more efficient experience, our racket rental system has been fully upgraded to an Automated Password Delivery System! Please note the following new rules and guidelines:
为了给大家提供更流畅的打球体验，我们的球拍租赁系统已经全面升级为全自动密码发放！请仔细阅读以下最新的使用规则与注意事项：
📩 1. Password Delivery Times / 密码发放时间
- Advanced Bookings: If you booked in advance, the system will automatically send the locker password to your email 15 minutes before your booked time slot. 提前预订： 系统将在您预订打球时间开始前 15 分钟，自动发送密码邮件给您。
- On-the-Spot Bookings: If you book right before playing at the venue, you will receive the password email within 1 minute. 现场临时预订： 如果您是到达后临时预订，您将在 1 分钟内收到包含密码的邮件。
🔍 2. How to Get Your Password / 密码查询方式
- Check Your Email: Please check your booking email inbox (including the spam/junk folder) around the delivery times mentioned above. 查收邮件： 请在上述时间点注意查收您的预订邮箱（若未看到，请顺便检查垃圾邮件夹）。
- Backup Plan (Scan QR Code): If you don’t receive the email, simply scan the QR code on the racket locker when you arrive to retrieve your password instantly. 备用方案（扫码查询）： 如果您在现场发现没有收到邮件，请无需担心，直接扫描球拍柜上的二维码，即可自助查询您的专属密码。
⚠️ 3. Crucial Return Rules / 务必遵守的归还规则
To ensure the next player can start their game on time, please strictly follow these return rules: 为了不影响下一位球友的正常使用，请大家务必配合以下归还规定：
- Return on Time: Please return the racket strictly at the end of your booked time slot. The next customer might be waiting for this racket! 准时归还： 请严格按照您预订的时间段使用，并在时间结束时准时归还球拍。后续的客人可能正在等待使用这把球拍。
- One Racket Per Box: If you rented multiple rackets, you must return each racket to its specific individual box. Please do NOT put multiple rackets into a single box, as this will disrupt the automated system for the next users. 一箱一拍： 如果您一次性预订了多把球拍，在归还时，请务必将每一把球拍分别放回它对应的独立箱子中。千万不要将多把球拍塞进同一个箱子里，这会导致系统报错和其他客人的使用混乱。
