Booking and payment method
You need to have an account and purchase Credit first, that is, top up your account before you can book.
You can only top up credit by online payment. Credit purchased is non-refundable, please recharge according to actual needs.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, otherwise the entire booking will be charged. If the website fails to log in, please call our reception to do it. The arena mailbox does not accept booking’s cancellation requests.
- For Long Term customers, since you may many courts or hours, special cancellation and refund policies are detailed in “About Long Term Customers” .

For schools and groups
1. Please inform us to cancel your bookings at least 7 days in advance, otherwise you will be charged the court fee.
2. As long term customers, if your bookings were canceled 3 times in a row, your bookings may be canceled.
General
- Only non-marking shoes are allowed on the court. Every player has to change their badminton shoes at the waiting area before entering the courts.
- No rude or inappropriate behavior towards MBC Staff and other customers.
- No smoking, vaping, consumption of alcohol is permitted at any time in MBC and no foods and drinks are permitted on the courts.
- NO pets or animals are permitted in MBC.
- Place all your rubbish in the bin. Otherwise MBC reserves the rights to charge the customers for any cleaning fee.
- If the customers cause any damage to MBC’s property/facilities/equipment, they will be held responsible for all costs associated with the replacement or repairs of the damaged property/facilities/equipment whichever is decided by MBC management.
- Everyone should evaluate their physical condition carefully, avoid excessive or unsafe exercise, and be responsible for their own health and safety. Customers with serious medical conditions (epilepsy, heart conditions etc.) or those recovering from serious illness or injury are not recommended to participate in this sport.
Court Hire Regulations
- MBC reserves the rights to relocate/ redesignate your courts, if deemed necessary. Please let us know if there are specific courts you prefer to use. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.
- Customers are responsible to finish their play at the designated courts and time. Failure to do so will result in additional charges in hour increments. For example: if the customers pay for only one court hire but play on two courts, they will be charged for the second court used in accordance with the original booking time.
- By default, the courts are only used for badminton playing, learning and coaching. Any other activities such as filming commercial advertisements need to obtain the written permission of MBC management in advance.
Privacy & Personal Property Policy
- MBC management is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. We will only store information relevant for booking and billing purposes. These information are only accessible by MBC management and we will never share your private information with a third party.
- Security cameras operate in MBC. The customers acknowledge that they may be filmed.
- Customers are responsible for their own property at all times. MBC management does not accept any responsibility for any property that is stolen, lost or damaged in MBC.
Online Operation Assistance
We encourage all customers to use our online booking system by themselves. Because this can avoid human errors caused by many reasons. For customers who have difficulties in using the Internet and online payment, our staff can operate on your behalf. But you should check it by yourself and take responsibility for the results.

取消和退款政策

关于学校和团体预订
1. 如果您需要取消预订，请至少提前一周通知。
2. 如long term顾客一样，如果您的预订连续取消3次，您的预订可能被全部取消。
一般条款
• 球馆内必须衣着整齐，球场上只允许穿无痕鞋。
• 不得对 MBC 员工和其他客户做出粗鲁或不当的行为。
• MBC 内任何时候都不允许吸烟、吸电子烟、饮酒，球场内不允许饮食。
• MBC 不允许携带宠物或动物。
• 所有垃圾必须放进垃圾桶，否则 MBC 保留向客户收取任何清洁费的权利。
• 如果客户对MBC 的财产/设施/设备造成任何损坏，他们将承担与更换或维修损坏的财产/设施/设备相关的所有费用，以MBC 管理层的决定为准。
• 每个人都应该仔细评估自己的身体状况，避免过度或不安全的运动，并对自己的健康和安全负责。 不建议患有严重疾病（癫痫、心脏病等）或正在从重病或受伤中恢复的顾客参加此运动。
球场租用条款
• 如果确实有必要，MBC保留重新指定您的球场的权利。 如果您对某些球场有特殊喜爱，请让我们知道，我们将尽力满足您的需求，但不能保证。
• 客户有责任按预订的场地和时间结束使用，否则将导致按小时计算的额外费用。例如：如果客户只支付了一个球场的租金，但在两个球场上打球，则将按照原预订时间收取使用第二个球场的费用。
• 球场默认仅供羽毛球游戏、学习及教学使用，任何其他的行为，比如拍摄商业广告，都需要提前得到MBC管理层的书面允许。
隐私和个人财产政策
• MBC 管理层坚决致力于保护您的隐私。 我们只会存储与预订和计费相关的信息。 这些信息只能由 MBC 管理层访问，我们绝不会与第三方共享您的私人信息。
• 监控摄像头在MBC 中运行。 客户同意他们可能会被拍摄。
• 客户始终对自己的财产负责。 MBC 管理层不对 MBC 内的任何财产被盗、丢失或损坏承担任何责任。
线上操作辅助
我们鼓励所有的顾客自行使用我们的线上预定系统。因为这可以避免各种原因带来的人为错误。对于使用网络和在线支付有障碍的顾客，我们的员工可以代替您操作。但是您应自行核对，并对结果负责。
